Submit Your Event

Please complete this form to help us organize and promote 2025 Fremont Creates events.

• If your organization is hosting more than one event, be sure to submit a separate form for each event.
• If you do not have the information yet to answer a specific question, enter N/A (Not Applicable) or TBD (To Be Determined). We don’t expect all details to be finalized at this early date.
• All events will be reviewed and approved before being added to our master calendar. If we need additional information, one of our team members will contact you.
• There is a field at the end for any additional questions or comments you may have.
• Note that this form will show or hide additional fields based on your answers, so be sure to fill in responses in order.
• For the April 27, 2025 Grand Finale event, performance groups may be asked to submit a video at a later date, prior to final acceptance.
• After your form is submitted, you will receive a copy of your responses via email. If anything changes after that, feel free to send us updates via the Contact form.
