Flash Fiction: “Love Makes the World go ’round”

Members of the public will submit up to three stories of fiction on the theme of “Love Makes The World Go ’round”.

The stories will be posted in Half-Price Books at the Fremont HUB and anyone who enters the store can read them and vote on the five stories they like the best. The five stories with the most votes will be selected as winners as well as one story selected by FCAC Past Presidents.

The Flash Fiction Writing Contest has been held in Half-Price Books for over 10 years, with different themes, and all of the writers who submitted stores previously will be contacted to submit a story to this event. People of all ages can submit a story, but all contestants compete evenly as one group. The contestants can submit up to three stories on the theme this year of “Love Makes the World Go ’round”. The stories have to be 300 words or less and 12-point type or larger but fit on one standard 8-1/2 inch by 11-inch sheet of paper.
